Bradford young people set for latest community clean-up

Throughout July, young people in Bradford have been preparing to unleash the next stage of their ongoing community action work; to create safe spaces for children and young people to play.

Youth workers Meranda and Saleem have been supporting the group to plan the work. The young people will be bringing parents and neighbours on board to work together and achieve their common goal. Yorkshire Wildlife Trust will, once again, be instrumental in setting up the community clean-up and are ever supportive of The Youth Association’s work.

To get involved, come along the Withens Close on Thursday 26th July between 4.00 and 8.00pm. Help the team tidy the green space, share your thoughts on how the space could be used, build a den and hang out with friends. All children under 8 years should be accompanied by an adult.
