The Dearne team are on going with their football project aimed at young people in the area.
Between 15 and 20 young people have been regular attendees on the programme on Tuesday evenings so if any other young people are interested they should come along to Goldthorpe recreation ground at 6.30 and get involved! In response to the popularity of the football training the team have decided to set up not only a local team but a tournament involving playing other teams from some of the other areas we work in.
The team are also in the beginning stages of organising some cheerleading for the girls so get your pom poms ready!
