Meet the team

We have an enthusiastic, talented and diverse youth work team that reflects the rich tapestry of the communities we work with. A significant number of our front-line youth workers are under 30 and therefore have lived experience of growing up in the post-financial crash era, marked by youth unemployment, the growth of social media and rising mental health issues among young people.

From seasoned professionals to emerging talents, each youth worker contributes their unique strengths and helps to create a dynamic environment where ideas flourish and boundaries are pushed. All youth workers hold JNC-recognised qualifications in youth work at Level 6 and Level 3.
