Our StreetSafe and Future Man teams have returned to Wakefield College to create a thought-provoking podcast aimed at sparking crucial conversations around knife crime.

The podcast delves into the complex reasons why some individuals feel compelled to carry knives, while also exploring how communities can work together to reduce this growing issue.

Through this collaborative project, the young people from Wakefield have used their voices to raise awareness and promote understanding on this important topic. By sharing their insights and experiences, they aim to encourage positive change and provide a platform for open dialogue.

The podcast was produced in partnership with Prosper Wakefield Ltd, Wakefield College, and Nova Wakefield District, showcasing the power of youth-led initiatives to drive meaningful discussions and solutions.

A big thank you to all involved for their dedication to making a difference and addressing the challenges faced by young people today.
