A week of connecting, inspiring, and recruiting at Yorkshire careers fairs.
In October, The Youth Association attended careers fairs in Barnsley, Wakefield, Leeds and Huddersfield to promote opportunities in youth work. Engaging with over 300 attendees, we highlighted roles within our charity and those with partner organisations.
The events sparked significant interest, with 52 individuals expressing a desire to explore youth work further. Following this, 16 people participated in orientation workshops, and we are thrilled to welcome 3 new Youth Support Workers to our team.
