Providing continuity in youth work
We train and accredit youth workers to nationally recognized JNC levels of qualification – we are also among only a select few to currently do so. Youth work training is not only important to our mission and history, but it is a potentially strong area for growth of income and reputation
The Youth Association delivers Level 2 and Level 3 Youth Work training across West and South Yorkshire. Designed to equip aspiring youth workers with the essential skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact in young people’s lives, our courses offer hands-on training, expert-led workshops, and real-world scenarios to prepare people for the dynamic field of youth work. From effective communication strategies to understanding youth development and creating safe spaces, our programme takes learners right through the process of being fully qualified with JNC recognition.
